Vanilla Bean Chocolate Chip Popsicle’s:
1 can of cold full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup coconut meat
1/4 cup of chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder ( or vanilla from a real vanilla bean)
Mix all your ingredients except the chocolate chips or nibs. Stir everything together and set aside. In your popsicle molds add your chips or nibs at the bottom, about 1 tbs per popsicle. Then pour your mixture on top and freeze with sticks inserted for 12-15 hours.
