German Puff Pancakes

One of my go to meals wether it be for breakfast to supper is German Puff Pancakes!

We love them so much and they are super quick to make. All you need is:

2 eggs

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

and tbsp butter

melt butter in a pie dish while the oven heats up to 425 degrees

mix eggs flour and milk together and pour in dish with melted butter

Pop into the oven for 8-12 min until the edges start to curl up from the sides. The best part about german puff pancakes is the puffiness that happens while it bakes in the oven ( the girls love to watch this happen)…

My kitchen always has kids laying in it….. it makes it tricky to get any work done!

the sides will shrink down as soon as you take it out of the oven

put a big ole slab of butter and syrup on there and enjoy! These also taste amazing with lemon zest, lemon juice and powdered sugar.
