Fall. It is in my opinion the best season of all! I love the cool crisp days, sweater and scarf weather minus the bulky winter coat and all the beautiful leaves changing colors on the trees, but the best part about fall…. PUMPKIN of course! My sister-in-law Heidi and I love us some pumpkin spice scones and lattes from Starbucks but Heidi managed to find a Pumpkin Spice Recipe that blows the warm fall socks off that Starbucks latte and she made it for me today…. oh my yum! You guys are in for a real treat. Best part about this recipe, its made entirely in the slow cooker. You can’t leave it to cook by itself though. You won’t mind hanging around your kitchen as the spices and chocolate all meld together creating the most perfect scent for your entire house and a warm beverage that may make you cry….. .

For your Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate you will need:

a slow cooker

a spoon

4 cups of whole milk

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

4 three inch cinnamon sticks

2 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground nutmeg

whipped cream for topping

Mix all your ingredients in the slow cooker. Heat on low for 2-3 hours stirring every 10 min for the first hour or so to help melt that chocolate and then occasionally after that. That’s it! So amazing you guys you have to try it, we couldn’t believe how good it actually was, it far exceeded our expectations!
