Pineapple Cobbler








I love cobbler. The best thing about cobbler isn’t how incredible it tastes, but how easy it is to whip up when you have guests coming over or a craving for something sweet hits. This recipe is my favourite and for a summery spin I decided to make it with pineapple instead of the regular peach or blackberry I have done before.

Pineapple Cobbler

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 stick of butter melted

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup of milk

20 oz can of crushed pineapple

pineapple rings for top

Preheat oven to 375 degree.

Mix all ingredients together except the pineapple. Pour into a 9×13 pan, then pour 20 oz can of crushed pineapple on top, do not stir in to mixture. Bake for 25-35 min until top is golden brown and pineapple has sunk to the bottom. Let cool and top with pineapple rings and dust with icing sugar
